Program name: AnyBio Care Messaging

AnyBio Care Messaging is a text-message service AnyBio operates on behalf of healthcare providers, for patients enrolled in a remote patient monitoring program. Messages remind you to take a scheduled vital-sign reading using a device supplied by your provider, ask how you are feeling when a reading falls outside the range your clinician has set, and relay your responses to your care team.

How you enroll

You are enrolled by your healthcare provider. During enrollment you are asked separately for permission to receive text messages about the program. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving medical care.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your care plan and the readings you submit.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply.
